Growing Family Tradition
Dr. Noah Chinitz and Ella (Schwartz) Chinitz (Middle School Classes of 1994 and 1995) welcomed a baby boy, Rafi, on August 5. He joins their three other children, in line to become a family of all SW graduates!

Protecting the Jewish State
Sarah Griffith (Class of 2017) was sworn into the Israeli Defense Forces in a special ceremony (Tekes Hashbaah) on January 4. She was joined in Israel by her rabbi, Rabbi David Schuck of Beth El Synagogue Center in New Rochelle.

Joshua Rothman (MS 2002) and his wife Kristina welcomed a baby girl, Abigail Rachel Rothman.
Class of 2005
Lauri Ballin and Steve Voycik were married in September.
Eric Distelburger became engaged to Tamara Bendahan in December.
Gabrielle (Young) Fenster and Rabbi Jason Fenster welcomed a baby boy in December.
Michael Fleisch and his wife Dayna welcomed a baby girl, Eleanor Livia, during the summer.
Daniel Graf became engaged to Alyssa Cooper in December.
Leora Kalikow and Matthew Liebowitz were married in September.
Ben Leffell and his wife Julie welcomed a baby girl, Nellie Joan Leffell, on January 13.

Lauren (Wexler) Hazony and her husband Dan welcomed a baby girl in September.
Danny Hochberger and Rona (Schloss) Hochberger welcomed a baby boy in August.
Class of 2007
Sarah Green and Yosi Azulay were married June 4, 2017. Sarah is an art director at Young and Rubicam, NYC. Yosi is a director at HedgServ. They reside in Manhattan.
Sarah Holtzer became engaged to Jason Pollock in December.
Emily Simonson became engaged to Andrew Skrilow.
Rabbi Jordan Soffer and Dr. Marti Soffer welcomed a baby girl in November.

Tara Pine and Greg Weil were married in September.
Class of 2009
Joey Resnick and Alana Pellerito were married in August in River Vale, New Jersey.
Class of 2010
Benji Hochberger became engaged to Melissa Goldstein (Class of 2011) in Israel during the summer.
Jake Holtzer became engaged to Lauren Dwyer in August.
Ilyssa Levi became engaged to Ben Cowen in September.
Roshana Sirkin began working as a physician assistant in neurosurgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC.
Arielle Sperling became engaged to Erik Blumberg.
Class of 2011
Melissa Goldstein became engaged to Benji Hochberger (Class of 2010) in Israel during the summer.
Avioz Hanan completed his service in the Israeli Defense Forces and was hired to serve as one of the madrichim for this year’s SW senior class Lev v’Nefesh trip.
